Competitor Comparison Page
Design a competitor comparison page for a SaaS product. The page should compare your product against 3–5 named competitors in a single, scannable view. Put the main product in a clear visual position, but keep rival products fully visible so the comparison feels fair, not promotional.
Use a feature matrix as the core of the page. Rows should be the decision criteria that matter most to buyers: pricing, integrations, setup time, key workflows, support, and any standout capabilities. Keep labels short, make differences obvious, and avoid burying important calls in paragraph copy. If a feature needs explanation, attach it inline rather than sending users to another section.
Add controls for common comparison modes: filter by use case, switch by plan tier, or toggle between feature sets. The page should support quick scanning first, then deeper review. Include a short summary area above the table that calls out the main tradeoffs, and a secondary area for source notes, methodology, or links to detail pages for each competitor.
What to deliver
- Design a comparison page with 3–5 competitors and one highlighted product.
- Show a feature matrix with clear row labels and readable checkmarks, dashes, or scores.
- Add filters or tabs for use case, plan, or audience.
- Include a short summary block that names the main wins and gaps.
- Provide a path to deeper detail pages or source notes.
Employ color coding or iconography to quickly hint at advantages or drawbacks, making the comparison process more efficient and engaging.
