Careers Page

Design a careers page that helps candidates decide quickly whether to apply. Start with a clear hero: company name, short hiring pitch, open roles count, and one primary action to browse roles or apply now. Keep the value proposition concrete — what the team builds, who it hires, and why someone would want to work there.

Below the hero, show a searchable job board with filters for department, location, and employment type. Roles should be easy to scan at a glance, with title, team, location, and a short summary. Include a selected or expanded state for a role so users can see responsibilities and requirements without losing their place in the list.

Add a culture section that uses specific proof: employee quotes, benefits, office or remote-work details, and a few images that feel like real work, not stock filler. Finish with a simple application path and the states around it: no results, loading, and empty roles. The page should feel like a hiring tool first, brand story second.

What to deliver

  • Design a hero with company pitch, open roles count, and primary apply CTA
  • Show a searchable, filterable list of job openings
  • Include a role detail panel or expanded state with location, team, and key requirements
  • Add culture and benefits sections with real employee quotes or photos
  • Design empty, no-results, and loading states for the job list

Leverage contrast and whitespace to lead the user's eye to key areas like job listings and the 'Apply Now' button.
