Design a Templates page for a product that helps users start from prebuilt layouts instead of a blank canvas. The page should make three things obvious: what kinds of templates exist, how to narrow them down, and how to open one for editing. Lead with a short page intro and a primary action such as starting from scratch or creating from a selected template. Below that, organize templates by category using tabs or chips like presentations, reports, social posts, and marketing assets. Keep the active category clear, and make filtering feel lightweight rather than buried in a panel. Each template card should show a strong preview, the template name, a short use case, and any useful metadata such as format, popularity, or last updated. Add quick actions like preview and use template, but keep one action visually dominant. The page should support loading, empty, and no-results states, and those states should always point users toward another template, another filter, or a different starting point.
