Design the Followers / Following screen for a social profile. This is a subpage, not a standalone feed: the user should land here from a profile and immediately understand which list they are viewing.

Use a clear two-tab switcher for Followers and Following, with counts if available. The active tab needs strong visual treatment, and the content area should update without losing place or context.

Each list row should be built for quick scanning: avatar, display name, handle, and one-line relationship state or bio detail if needed. Include a primary action per row where it makes sense, such as Follow back, Following, or Remove follower.

Add search for long lists and define empty, loading, and no-results states for both tabs. If the list is empty, show a direct next step instead of dead space. Keep the layout readable on mobile and make touch targets large enough for quick switching and follow actions.
