Quest Reward Summary
Design the post-quest reward summary panel shown right after a quest completes. It should present gained XP, items, and progression in one clear pass, before the player returns to play.
This lives in a game flow, so it should feel like a reward moment, not a form. The panel needs to make the payout feel tangible: how much XP was earned, what items dropped, and what moved forward because of the quest.
The layout should help players scan the haul fast. Group rewards by type, give the most important gain visual weight, and make progress changes easy to compare against where the player started.
Include the transition from completion to continuation. The player should understand what they earned and what happens next without hunting through menus.
What to deliver
- Design the full reward summary panel layout.
- Show XP gain, item rewards, and progression updates as separate sections.
- Include visual treatment for rare or notable drops.
- Add the primary continue/claim action and any secondary details.
- Define empty or no-drop handling for quests that only grant XP or progress.
Show progression changes with before/after markers or a filled bar segment so the gain reads instantly, even if the numbers are small.
