Contact Section
Design a contact section for a marketing site that gives users two clear paths: send a message or use a direct contact method. The section should sit comfortably inside a larger page layout, but it still needs its own hierarchy: title, short supporting copy, form, and secondary contact details.
Use a simple form with name, email, and message fields, plus one primary submit button. Add direct contact options nearby for email, phone, and social links so users who do not want to fill out the form still have a fast path. Make the relationship between the form and the alternate contact methods obvious.
Show the form’s key states: default, focused, validation error, submitting, and success. Errors should point to the exact field and keep the user’s entered text. Success should confirm the message was sent and suggest what happens next, such as expected reply time or a follow-up channel.
What to deliver
- Design a contact section with a short headline and supporting copy
- Include one primary contact form with name, email, and message fields
- Add direct contact options for email, phone, and social links
- Show the submit state and a clear confirmation state
- Include inline validation and an error state for required fields
To stand out, weave in a unique brand element or a personal touch that highlights the brand's character within the contact section.
