Stats Section

Design a stats section that presents 3–6 core metrics with clear hierarchy. Treat it like a reusable block for a dashboard, annual report, or company page: each stat should have a label, a value, and a short note that explains the number or adds context.

Make the primary metric easiest to spot, then support it with secondary stats that are still readable at a glance. Use spacing, type scale, and color to separate the numbers from the labels without turning the section into a chart dump.

Add one lightweight visual cue where it helps comprehension: a sparkline, progress ring, bar, or delta badge. Keep it tied to the number it describes. If a metric is up or down, show the comparison clearly and keep the baseline visible.

The section should work as a quick read, not a data wall. Someone should be able to understand what is being measured, what changed, and which number matters most in a few seconds.

What to deliver

  • Design a stats section with 3–6 key metrics
  • Pair each metric with a label, value, and short context line
  • Use one visual treatment for hierarchy across all stats
  • Include a compact chart or trend indicator where it adds meaning
  • Show at least one comparison state, like delta or target

Incorporate interactive elements like hover effects or tooltips to provide additional context without overcrowding the main view.
